This team is very poor giving you a good service. i have asked a lot of question to this theme developer but they aren't providing me a good solution. 7th feb 2025 I asked the developer some questions about the product review. I am really shocked to hear the theme developer's answer. The developer told me next to service because I reviewed his theme 1 star. NOTE : DON'T INSTALL THE THEME!

Despite this, we thoroughly answered your questions and provided a video proving the issue was NOT related to our theme. We also followed up multiple times without a response. While we can't be held accountable for external issues, our door remains open if you still need help.
Customer Service is absolutely useless. Submitted a ticket a week ago and still waiting for an answer.

We tried other themes for our lighting and electric supply online store "Brand Name Lighting", and lots of them were very good. But they all needed lots of added apps. The included "Specification Table" is awesome! We were able to add all specifications for our LED light bulbs like CRI, Wattage, Lumens and CCT.
