Great theme but after months of informing them about a menu breaking bug they have done no maintenance to this theme.
EDIT: A new update has now been done and issues have been resolved.

Hi MotoHeaven, thanks for your feedback. We have resolved this odd user behaviour bug in next release. We have not shipped yet as we are also including a host of great new enhancements with the next release [as we want to minimise the impact of updates]. The development is complete & is in rigorous testing phase now. This release will be out shortly and expect a lot of great additions!!!

The theme is not bad but there are points that need to be improved. When you contact support for this, they direct you to get paid support from outside as a solution. I have experienced this 2 times and it is not a pleasant situation (because this is not a free theme)

Hi Arria Home , thank you for the feedback. We fully support our advanced theme as we have built it, but for individual store-specific needs beyond that, it is bespoke customisation. Our resources are focused on the supply, maintenance and updating of our themes and cannot offer customisation services. For this reason we have to recommend customisation services for such cases. Very nice feel, if you customize it right then customers will feel comfortable and welcomed. Also there’s a lot going on in the homepage to keep customers on their feet while their browsing for items, so make sure to add a lot of different “things” on the homepage. Customer service was also VERY helpful, I contacted support and the resolved my issue within 3 days.
