I honestly cannot believe that in 2025 you can get customer support from a Shopify theme the way that this team shows up. They are SO sharp, so responsive. The actual theme is built out very aesthetically but also with a great, intuitive, functional UX that creates a very premium look for our store. I'm genuinely so impressed with how they've been able to guide me in setting up my store.
