Shopify recommends updating due to performance issues. I want to use my included update. My site has simple, standard content only. Updates carry theme settings, page layouts, sections, new templates, words, images, and settings into updates. Manual tweaks to code (mostly CSS on mine) are re-added manually. Update V.39 requires a complete rebuild (£££). Eight lies and avoids accountability

Whilst we regularly make improvements to our theme's speed score, site performance depends heavily on what content you're adding to your store. The release mentioned has a large amount of improvements that required a manual update to ensure we are using the latest technologies and Shopify releases. However, you can continue to use the version you're on if you do not wish to perform the update.

Great theme with versatile features. Brilliant, quick knowledgable support if you ever need it. I've only ever needed to contact support once since adopting this theme and they were great at working on the issue until it was solved.

I'm having trouble getting the page to respond. I've tried a few browsers, but I can't get the page to load and I'm constantly waiting on "Page Unresponsive".

Hi! We've discovered this issue ourselves and will be pushing a fix over to Shopify this morning to publish. If you can get in touch with our support team they will be able to help you implement the fix right away so that you can get back to editing. We're sorry about the disruption we've caused you and we will ensure this gets resolved quickly.
Update: A fix went live on 22.5.24 in version 39.0.2
Absolutely no response from anyone for over a week. Please can a real person get n touch via email. We have issues related to editing the theme that need to be resolved or we'll have to find a new theme.

Hello! Our replies are currently within 24hrs so we've checked our system and think your email may have been entered incorrectly when submitting. The email address begins with 'marekting' not 'marketing' so all our emails have been going there. If this email is correct, please check your spam filters to see if they have been filtered out.
