I'm very happy with this theme, and more specifically, the team at Eight. I had some issues with the Flow theme and browsers on old iphones. The team at Eight were very helpful and responsive, and eventually fixed the issue. I feel my store is in good hands and any future issues will be addressed with care and consideration.

I my opinion the Flow theme is nice, user friendly and practical there is of course room for further improvement. About the customer service not the fastest but definitely efficient and polite, every time I had a question or an issue they were there with specific answers and solutions, I do recommend it go for it.
