I have been in retail for many years and was always nervous if getting into the online world. The team really helped me and made it an easy process using normal word not online / design jargon. A really friendly team with quick replies and guidance through the theme if i get lost. I'd highly suggest using EIGHT!!

Chose this theme for my online shop to sell my products. Overall it works really well. I found only some small issues, but the support is really good. Very professional, fast replies and good solutions are offered. The theme is constantly updated and improved by the devs. I can absolutely recommend this theme to anyone and I'm glad I made the right decision.

Overall theme is good, the support however has been anything but helpful. There are a few issues with some of the features on my site, I requested they take a look. It's been a week with no update. **Edited to reflect follow up interactions and assistance.
