EDITED REVIEW: Support team are simply just not helpful. We are trying to update to the latest version of this theme and they have taken away alot of functionality from the previous version. Unwilling to help me with small coding issues which are caused by their theme, and they are trying to deflect responsbility onto apps which have been working 100% fine with my theme up until this update.

Hi! It has been 1 month since I got this theme. In the beginning their response was very quick and helpful. Now when I email them they barely reply to my emails once a day with no answer for my question and problem. I have been emailing them for 3 days with same problem, but no hope. Maybe it's just their strategy to make new customers happy with really good support team, but after some time...
I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with responses - we're a small, UK based team, operating Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. I can see there were some times you had to wait overnight, due to time differences, but the team responded as quickly as possible!
