Hi! It has been 1 month since I got this theme. In the beginning their response was very quick and helpful. Now when I email them they barely reply to my emails once a day with no answer for my question and problem. I have been emailing them for 3 days with same problem, but no hope. Maybe it's just their strategy to make new customers happy with really good support team, but after some time...
I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with responses - we're a small, UK based team, operating Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. I can see there were some times you had to wait overnight, due to time differences, but the team responded as quickly as possible! I see we let you know the issue you were experiencing was due to a 3rd party app, but please let me know if there is anything else we can help with!
Very disappointed with the theme and support. They made the theme but at the slightest question, they redirect you to Shopify's developers. In the end, forced to buy another theme to advance on the project. I do not recommend the use and purchase of this theme.
