The Focal theme is light and engaging. As the name suggests, it focuses on conversion and speed. The ability to create blocks of promotions, categories, rich text, galleries, and mega menus makes it very easy to customize. Besides, whenever you need help, the developer's team is always willing to help. Superb and unparalleled customer service! This is our second theme from them.

I've been using Focal for a little over a year now. The Maestrooo support team are fantastic. Any question I have is answered with a link to a guide or they'll send me screen grabs of my own store set-up to walk me through any issues. They've even sent me some custom code to help me fine tune some elements of the theme that I wanted to adjust!
