The new version of FOCAL looks great in the Preview Carbon Theme example, but the template wizard does not allow for drop down menus to look like the example. The example shows two columns of links on the left, and three photo box links to the right. When you are working in the template wizard, there is no place to add the columns of links. This should be in the template.
Hello. Everything you see in the demo can be achieved :). Our demo menu is using the mega-menu. We could see that you're upgrading from an old version to a new one, so you need to setup the menu to make it look like in our demo. I can see you have a pending ticket with our support team that is currently assisting you in setting up your menu.

Good looking theme with exactly the functionality we needed. Our product descriptions are very long so we needed a full page product description option as well as buttons to link to external resources. Tech support has been very responsive and helpful, big shutout to Ana-Lucia! Thank you for all your help

Version 12.4.0 December 5, 2024
Changed
- On January 2025, Shopify will deprecate a lot of fonts. As a consequence of this change, themes are required to no longer use deprecated fonts. All our presets were using fonts that are now deprecated, so we replaced them by other fonts. Merchants who are using a deprecated font will be notified by Shopify and have a recommended alternative.
Fixed
- Fixed an issue in RTL (right-to-left) languages where the timeline section was not working correctly on mobile.
- Fixed an issue where the theme would show a Liquid error when a merchant would attempt to feature a collection that would have no products inside (as best practice though, merchants are encouraged to not feature collections that contain zero products).

- We have added support for quantity rules and quantity breaks. Those features are only available on B2B channel for Shopify Plus merchants. You can learn more about this feature on Shopify B2B documentation. To show a volume pricing, add the new "Volume pricing" block on your product pages.
Fixed
- Fixed a regression introduced in version 12, that would cause the cross-sell feature to not work as expected inside the cart drawer, when those cross sell products have variants and have selectors configured as dropdown.
