Why is there no online human customer service? I sent two emails to ask about the theme setting, but I couldn't get a reply.

Love the theme and support. Quick responses (less than a day) which accurately answered all our questions (both pre and post sale). After working with the theme to ensure it addressed all our needs, we finally published earlier this week and absolutely love how it turned out. Documentation and code are very clear which made it relatively easy to update when needed as well.
