I love Focal design and features. I had to contact the theme author/ customer support to get help on the feature related to recommended products of the cart. I was assisted by Karla Stromberg who promptly helped me and was very kind to explain me what was the problem and to provide me solution. I really liked and would definitely recommend this theme especially due to the customer service

Support is terrible , takes weeks to answer a question , before you buy any thing from Maestroo you should look at theire support policy , it's very limiting . they want your money , not your success . won't recommend unless you have vast coding experience since it won't fit your needs , and doesn't follow World Standards for e - commerce
We're sorry to hear about your bad experience. However, all your support requests were about custom code, which, as we explained, is not part of our support. In the future, we strongly recommend that you try the theme in the free trial before purchasing it to ensure it fits your use case.

Fergile Code; does not help; they just try to sell their developer support for more money; NOT RECOMMENDED

This theme is so beautiful, and I feel it has a good number of edits you can make, without being overwhelming. When there was something additional I wanted to change but didn't know how, the support received was prompt and helped me get it done!

- On January 2025, Shopify will deprecate a lot of fonts. As a consequence of this change, themes are required to no longer use deprecated fonts. All our presets were using fonts that are now deprecated, so we replaced them by other fonts. Merchants who are using a deprecated font will be notified by Shopify and have a recommended alternative.
Fixed
- Fixed an issue in RTL (right-to-left) languages where the timeline section was not working correctly on mobile.
- Fixed an issue where the theme would show a Liquid error when a merchant would attempt to feature a collection that would have no products inside (as best practice though, merchants are encouraged to not feature collections that contain zero products).

- We have added support for quantity rules and quantity breaks. Those features are only available on B2B channel for Shopify Plus merchants. You can learn more about this feature on Shopify B2B documentation. To show a volume pricing, add the new "Volume pricing" block on your product pages.

- Fixed a regression introduced in version 12, that would cause the cross-sell feature to not work as expected inside the cart drawer, when those cross sell products have variants and have selectors configured as dropdown.
