After using the Theme for 2 Months, I'm very happy about the UX and UI of the IMPACT Theme. So far most things work fine. Support was fast and helpful, lets see in a couple of months.

I used this theme for a month, and the customer service was incredibly slow. It took at least two days to get a reply, I expected more for the price. Ended up switching to a different theme with better support. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for quick help.
We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Upon checking, your last email was answered in less than 24 hours. You sent two more questions in January that you sent on a weekend, which we answered on Monday (we only provide support during weekdays, not weekends). Your review is, therefore, quite unfair, as we answered all your tickets within 24 hours.

Great theme overall, but unfortunately a recent update has disabled the ability to add custom fonts. I didn't know this before purchasing, and it's consequential as our branded packaging feature a font not available in this theme. At the hefty price point, this is pretty poor. Contacted the devs who were mostly unhelpful, and in the end I had to hire someone, making it even more expensive.
We're sorry to hear you're having a bad experience. However, our themes never offered custom font support as this is not allowed as per Theme Store rules. If you had this, this means this is something you either developed or used an app, and never was a built-in feature of our theme. Our support reached you to give you more details.

FANTASTIC theme and support!!! We tested the theme for a while and then published it in April of 2024 and it has been flawless (see how we are using it on acesefi.com). The theme is way faster than our old one and we love the aesthetic and built-in sections. Well worth the money, and Shopify's support on the theme is also a plus since it's sold in their store.

- You can now turn off product stagger animation on listing with a global "Reveal products one by one" setting.

- Fixed an issue where dropdown for product options on mobile could require a double click to be closed.
- Fixed an issue for the video section where controls would not be visible on mobile when uploading a different video for mobile and desktop.
Improved
- Minor performance improvement when the "Image with text overlay" is used as the first section in the page ; the image will now be loaded with a higher priority, which can help improving the LCP.
- We have reverted the old behavior on collection pages for the "On sale" label on product card. The theme will now show again the "On sale" badge if at least one of the variants is on sale.

- Fixed a regression introduced in version 6.0.0 where color swatch would sometimes not work on filter on collection pages.
- Fixed an issue where gift card recipient fields on gift card products would be visible even though the "I want to send this as a gift" checkbox is turned off.
- Some rarely used fonts in Shopify font picker did not display links correctly (the line would appear in the middle of the text instead of below). It is now fixed and should work with every possible font.
