What started as great communication for easy questions, quickly became non-existent when I had an actual issue. The wrong product variant image displays on page load (which is terrible UX), and 4 weeks ago I asked to be fixed. I have heard nothing. Terrible service.
We've found this theme easy to setup with plenty of built-in customization options, and easy for customers to navigate while shopping. So far it has been perfect, and customer support has provided everything we've needed with ease. Highly recommend!
I checked out all the themes and I really think this is the best, easy to navigate as a non-tech person, and great for customers too, but want to know what’s even better? The customer support! If I’ve ever needed help they have been incredible, unlike other themes I’ve used. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Edit: 3/2/2025 just had more amazing customer service. Definitely use this theme! 🙂
Brilliant Theme - easy to use and very customisable. The team are really helpful as well, should you need some custom code or area's tweaking - they are happy to help and provide the information that you need.
This update introduces a new Scrolling Text section, enhancements to accessibility, and several visual and performance improvements, including updated social media icons and various fixes for mobile and desktop experiences.
