I was looking for the perfect theme quite a long time, but then I found Mandolin and I got nicely surprised. The theme is incredible. I have all the new, modern features I need, without installing any of 3rd party apps. You just have everything included in there. Very clean, minimalistic, stylish and functional at the same time. Changed the text block type of the product section from text to inline_richtext, now you can add links in this option.
Changed product card image ratio to natural by default, so that product images will not be cropped by default, and the ratio can be changed in theme settings.
Changed the header h1 tag to a div in the product page since there is already an h1 tag with the product title.
Changed the default font of the Stylish preset from ITC Berkeley Old Style to Crimson Text.(ITC Berkeley Old Style is included in Shopify's list of deprecated fonts)
