The theme is beautiful and a proposing a lot out of box and not very hard to customize. You'll love how fast you can start. However there was a bit of waiting for support team to respond for a few questions (one of wasn't theme related as appeared). I'd love to put a higher mark for work done and believe will improve my review in a while, especially if team will work on respond time improvement.
Muy muy descontenta con este tema. Al principio parece una plantilla muy estética y con muchas opciones, pero cuando empiezas a trabajar en ella la realidad es que tiene MUCHÍSIMAS limitaciones, diversas cosas no funcionan correctamente y además el servicio de atención al cliente es PÉSIMO. Directamente no te contestan y si lo hacen es solamente para pedirte perdón, pero sin solucionar nada…

The theme is very good. It has very good appearance and effects. It is very sad that they put so much effort in developing this theme and have such poor customer service. The support is only by mail (and it is understandable), however they answer you after 7 days and do not give you a solution to the problems you have. So the communication is very bad. Throughout the peak Black Friday season, we encountered a notable increase in support requests. This template is very elegant. I chose it mainly for the features it has and I'm glad I did because I'm in love with it! Apparent Collective's customer support is wonderful also, I contacted them for something and they immediately helped me fix my issue (thank you Ion Burdianov!). I'm a happy customer.
