Mono

First time user of setting up an e-commerce page using a Shopify themed template. The Mono theme by Slash themes is quite user friendly, once you get to know your way around. The few minor issues I accounted were understood, quickly resolved by the Slash support team and their friendly easy to understand guidance is a highlight. Thoroughly recommend using Slash Themes.

A beautiful theme as you can see but what really makes it is amazing is the customer support from Slash Themes!! they go above & beyond with their customer support, if I wanst using the MONO theme I would definitely be using one of their other available themes as their service is so supportive & gives me peace of mind that any request I have will be actioned effectively & efficiently.

Second review: They fixed loading issues overnight! They were very quick and understanding my urgency! Slash Themes have the greatest support! Loved the theme! but more importantly loved the tech support I got for an immediate fix. They were so pro-active in understanding and fixing the issues. Definitely recommend it !

The theme is excellent! All the features are included. Customer service is so nice and patient to ask my questions and give the solutions.
