This theme is beautiful and user friendly for both the shop owners and the customers. The product pages have so many options for additional information/media, which we love. Also, the support team has been incredibly helpful. Their site features step-by-step explanations on troubleshooting most of my questions, and if not they are quick to answer any emails with more questions!

I had an issue with the theme whereby my slideshow image was loosing quality when viewed on mobile. The team at archetype were extremely helpful in getting this sorted for me! They went over and beyond what I expected. Would highly recommend this theme to anyone - its great. Plus the customer support is excellent!
