We ADORE this theme! Easy to use, super user and admin friendly, and beautiful to look at. It's clean but not so simple that it looks amateur. It's got such a great balance. The only things we'd change right now are having the ability to change the timing on the pop up and the ability to "shuffle" slide order. Other than that, it's truly an awesome theme. A+

There are a lot of good things but many things missing in this template that would be easy for them to build in. Better control of headers, social media and topbar elements. I have been unable to get them to respond to emails so my support experience has been very bad. Its expensive but in my opinion not as well built for the money as other templates.

Amazing support and clean layout.

This is the first theme I have ever purchased to launch my store with and I really like the way it looks. The best thing has been the support with this theme. I have probably been a pretty big headache with all my emails and requests for help with certain things and Richard has been so patient and really awesome! I love my theme, however I do not like their support. I have had my theme for 2 years. They used to respond to my questions and have customized my theme a few times until recently. I had emailed them about wanting to customize my theme again and they never responded. I followed up 3 times and have gotten no response. I get the clue that they do not want to service me anymore. Sad.

It is Shopify support that is horrendous and underground media is actually being helpful. We paid close to $200/month and all we get from shopify is that we can't help you and Underground Media helped us through our troubles. Thank you.

Great Theme, really looks great with any e commerce store, and the fact that its responsive is such a plus now that so many people are using tablets and mobile devices. Very easy theme to use and customize. We are a British store, but have used the currency converter (included in the theme) to maximize export. Richard is very helpful and replies instantly to any question you may have. A *********

Really happy with how customizable everything is. The look is clean and sharp. Really lets the products stand out.

This theme has been great to display our highend products. It is our first time using the shopify ecommerce and first template we used. We are highly satisfied and excited to use this template. The staff at undergroundmedia have also been great at assisting us in the transition and making small adjustments in the template. We will most likely ask them to make us our own template soon!

Best theme ever! This perfect for selling clothing, it makes the shoppers experience much better! I actually use it on 2 stores that I own, but the homepage options allow them to look completely different. I have to mention the customer service!! LOVE this design, easy to navigate with all of the optional bells and whistles like sliders, side bar navigation, and multiple design options available in just one template. I encountered a few issues upon setting up and the template's support staff was very fast to respond and resolve the issue. Highly recommended!

This theme is ultra slick. It has awesome back-end features, great responsiveness, works well on all browsers (desktop and mobile), and underground media is super quick about getting back to you regarding support, questions, and design requests.
