Made a great theme out of a very reasonably priced template. Support is very helpful too!

Initially, the theme seems very nicely designed and everything is fine. However, the real problems start when you make the purchase. Support either doesn't respond or, in most cases, doesn't help properly. The options are extremely limited, and most things don't even look that good. I would advise everyone not to buy it. I got burned because I’m new to this.
Unfortunately, we cannot help you regarding 3rd party integrations. We can only help you with what comes with the original theme.

They implemented a custom CSS which helped my customers see the products better. Very thankful for this.

The support is not responding at all. The theme is very slow and the customisation are very limited.
