For the background: I am a beginner at Shopify, and this was my first experience building a store front. I found this theme to be very user friendly. The manual provided answers to most questions, and when I couldn't find a solution, the developer was very responsive. I have worked with developer to add some features, and they would get back to me within minutes. Great experience overall

This is the worst template I've seen. It has countless issues, and despite paying extra for fixes, the problems remain unresolved. This has caused significant customer loss and financial damage to my store. It’s like I paid to help the developer test their poor-quality version. This developer only wants to make a quick buck. If you want to be deceived, go ahead and buy their template.
Sorry for the inconvenience. I under your frustration. But I don’t know the exact issues & bugs you have faced with my theme. I noticed that you haven’t raised any tickets from April. We have done couple of customization earlier and it went really good. I will respond to your mail as well. Thank you
