I love this theme and I love the customer support. This theme is great for our company and provides a very clean, simple, upscale look. The customization of the theme is super simply and the customer support is AMAZING. I had one issue with the product review section and Nick took care of it right away along with the Shopify customer support. This goes a long long way with our business.

No theme is going to perfectly fit your needs but Palo Alto certainly comes close. I really like the ability to choose the sizes of images and reposition them in the banner sections. That being said, what really makes this a great theme is the support team. They have been unbelievably helpful in making changes to my store and very patient with a number of requests.
Tech support has been the most helpful, prompt, and patient! A real lifesaver.
