Parallax

I love the Parallax theme. It is Phenomenal. The support team is fantastic and always helps me to solve my puzzles, making our website the best that it can be.

I've been using the Parallax theme with my store for a little over a year and I have been extremely impressed - both with the quality of the theme but also with the excellent and thoughtful aftercare I have received from OOTS. My requirements have been quite demanding and, yes, I have raised a couple of support tickets along the way. The response I've received has been brilliant EVERY TIME!

Great theme, great customer service

I've been using this theme for a couple years, overall I like the theme, it has a great look. My issue is with customer support. we have had a few glitches and sadly we get little to no support. Three emails and months later we are stuck with a header on our website we can't get rid of ...unacceptable. I was contacted after this review and the support was quick and very helpful.
