I am really happy with Parallax and also their support when it was needed (not too often!). Only one thing you should be aware of: It appears to be a one time fee, but if you want the theme to be up-to-date then you have to pay a monthly fee after the first year of free updates offer. One way to get around this is to update manually twice a year and pay only 2 months/year of subscription.

Parallax is a beautiful, elegant and versatile theme. I've been using Parallax for a number of years now and when the odd problem has occurred the support has been incredible. Out of the Sandbox offers a lot of easy to follow instructions on their website and when extra help is needed their customer service is been exceptional.

Out of the Sandbox provides splendid customer service, excellently built themes, and elegant design. The nonprofit Jesus' Economy (featured as a Shopify success story) built every version of JesusEconomy.org on Out of the Sandbox themes.
