Email them few times because of update theme but no response. Not happy.. Will not buy again
We received your message on the 14th and responded four hours later. We didn't get a reply — perhaps your email client is marking our messages as spam? To answer your question here — the update for our latest version is free. There is no need to purchase again. There is some manual work required to port your settings to Shopify's new Online Store 2.0. We will follow up by email with the details.
The support team has been excellent to work with. They've helped me with questions I've had to customize the look and feel of my website. They are responsive and have even answered questions unrelated to the Pipeline theme pointing me to helpful information to address my need.
We have been using the Pipeline theme for almost 3 years now (since V4.0) It is very flexible and easy to use. If I should ever have a problem, the support helps quickly and competently, I have really rarely experienced something like that - many thanks especially to Mark, who had always supported me. 5 stars for Groupthought!

Version 7.1.1 contains fixes related to app compatable page cart, product option dropdown titles, and overflowing option titles on product cards inside carousel sliders.
