I browsed the Shopify Theme Store for weeks, finally settled on Pipeline and my goodness... what a theme! It is so versatile and easy to customise, even someone with no coding experience (like me) can make tweaks to pages using the documentation provided. For anything more specific, Brad is the man! Nothing is too much trouble and the service is second to none! ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.

As others have mentioned, the support is first rate and no issue too small. The theme is extremely versatile and the support page is full of really useful code changes that you don't need to be a coder to understand. I feel it takes the pain of day to day ecommerce away so you can focus purely on how to drive traffic and sales.
