While the theme is great. The supporting documentation and help/ support team is abysmal. They ask a user to buy other features or pay to develop them even the most simple of modifications. Our previous theme was much simpler but the support was great and so much could be done with help of available documentation. Recommend this only if you have the extra cash to hire someone for other things
Excellent theme but above all, excellent customer support!
The theme is good but the support is bad. I asked to change a colour of a button of Add to cart and the reply is: "the theme will lost the consistency, contact with this Shopify Experts to make the change:" And the links in the emails contains referral program. I can't believe it, making money in customer support.
Un thème magnifique, fonctionnel et très malléable ! Et un service client très efficace et réactif. Je recommande vivement.
