This theme is a real Ferrari, incredilbly beautiful with a vast selection of professional features to enable any store to look amazing and inspire customer trust. The customer support is fantastic. I highly reccomend this theme to anyone who want's the best!
Tried to get support, still no reply for 2 working days. An auto email got after submitting question. Not a friendly way to alarm customers can't push when they are quiet. * donot send follow-up emails, will move your message at the end of the support queue * donot contact Shopify support for the exact same question, as this will just be forwarded to us again and fill the support queue even more
We're sorry to hear about your bad experience. I have however checked and could see that we have already answered to your question yesterday (so less than 24h after your question). Our support tool indicate that you have seen our answer yesterday, but we have not heard from you since our answer. If you have extra question, please answer to our previous email.
