I have had a very good experience with this theme and support. It is my first attempt at setting up a Shopify website from scratch and there was definitely a learning curve as I am used to WordPress. Theme support is very responsive and easy to work with. They helped me tremendously as I navigated the theme, even helping me with small CSS code changes. I highly recommend buying this theme.
Retina is one of the best looking themes with super customization to boot, but it's the amazing customer service that really takes the cake. I have been a customer since 2015 - and the support and self-help documentation on their site is awesome. Not to mention they update the themes all the time. Do yourself a favour and get your theme from Out of the Sandbox.
and i especially love the support team and Shandy who has help us tremendously to solve problems quickly
Good theme with great support. Has what we've needed and they keep it up to date. The few minor issues that have come up have been promptly handled by support with good communication.
