Have a second storefront on shopify plus and wasn't able to use it — worse, invested time in it then got a notice that our site would be suspended. It wasn't worth the initial purchase and now we own it twice.

They are consistent in response time and work through an issue until resolved. Even some features that I have asked about that are not supported in the Theme are part of future upgrades. You could do a lot worse.
