The support at Krown when the customer has an issue is poor. Basically, they will bounce you back to Shopify.
We're really sorry for the Shopify translation and contextualisation issues you had! Please see the emails I've sent you with the troubleshooting guidance.
I would add more customizable options, especially for the responsiveness in mobiles. For instance, the "text with icons" sections cannot be modified, and the three icons appear huge and in line, with big spaces in between, and it is not pretty or optimized for phones.

We had another theme at the beginning, but as I saw the theme Split, I switched to it rapidly. Since 2020, we have been using Split and are satisfied with it.
