You cant add many, if any, apps to a basic account, even adding cart notes like it says in its features is NOT there and would be very helpful for our orders. Support advised on a few apps to try, each one wasnt compatible with my type of account. I have tried the other free themes, ALL say they have Cart Notes, which they don't. I think you need to revise your theme descriptions please.
Hello, for new accounts, reactivated accounts and when moving from a Starter plan into a Basic or higher, it can take a minimum of 12 hours for apps to register that your store is able to download them. If it's been more than 24 hours and you still cannot download apps, please contact our Support (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) so that we can look into why your account isn't compatible with some apps.
Seems very limited. Something as simple as a product description is a pain. With no option to add description above or below images, it just runs down the side at an unsightly length. Shopify support have become such a joke compared to when my last store was active. ZERO help from them on any issues and hour and a half chats to get nothing resolved. Same for wraparound text. Should be standard fe

I'm not able to view the add to cart button on the product page and filtering option in collection page
Hi, please reach out to our Support (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) so that we can help you review your Theme Editor settings to see if everything is set up correctly. If your settings look good, we would be happy to investigate this further for you.
Is there no way to have different menus on different templates in the header? No matter on which template for collections or pages I change the menu in the header, it overrides the default template.
Hey, all page or product templates do not contain information for the header or footer - these are separate. So it's not possible to have a different header show for a specific product template without editing the theme code. You could reach out to a Partner Developer through the Shopify Partner Marketplace (https://bit.ly/3Idxo0a) to get a quote for adding this functionality into your theme.
Spotlight 15.0.0 adds support for combined listing products and products with over 2,000 variants, includes several enhancements for B2B online stores and localization improvements.
Spotlight 14.0.0 adds a new Quick Add Bulk setting, two improvements for “Sign in with Shop”, and a host of performance and interaction improvements.
Spotlight 13.0.1 introduces a few fixes.
