Very disappointing experience. I reached out for support on Saturday and now it’s Wednesday with no resolution. I responded to their emails and even followed the collaborator request they asked for, but still nothing has been done. The lack of communication and support is frustrating. Expected much better.

We really like the Stiletto theme, it’s intuitive and easy to customize. We actually use it across all 10 of our stores, which says a lot about how well it works for us. On top of that, the customer support has been excellent, making the whole experience even better.

Hi, in the old update, the sizes were crossed out when an item was sold out, but in the new one, it’s the colors. The customer, however, wants the sizes to continue being crossed out. So we’re still missing this feature after the update. we are still missing the cart quantity limit, product buy limit feature too, can you pls hel pus and update this features ?

Love the theme. Super easy to make your own. AND I really appreciate the customer service as well.
