Im giving the negative not because the theme is not good or the design etc. But the customer support is SLOW and looks like it's not 24/7. I made a ticket/request 4 days ago and so far right now I have zero help, zero contact to keep me posted how it goes the request for help.. nothing . The theme deserves 5 star !

As we explained to you, your issues are unrelated to the theme and Shopify support was incorrect in their replies. Our support reached you back to further assist you.

I really love the theme. It's extremely easy to use and it's my first theme I ever bought on Shopify. Very much worth every euro. For me it's saves a lot of time, but I still have the quality of a webshop that you normally pay many thousands of euro's for. So very happy with it :)
