Very well laid out and great range of customizations. They replied back within hours (sometimes minutes) with simple to follow fixes for any tweaks I wanted to do and even offered to sign into my account and made the fixes for me. I have basically received one of the best customer support experiences ever! I am VERY HAPPY with this theme, company, and would recommend it to anyone! THANK YOU JOHN!

Update - Aug 17, 2017 - I have NO IDEA how I got so lucky with this theme and developer. I had a hard time when I got started with the whole shopify setup but we're almost a year into business now and this theme works seamlessly and is beyond a dream.
