The theme currently lacks several essential features that are critical for an effective store. I cannot recommend it at this time. Additionally, the support response is notably slow.
We experienced a surge in support requests leading up to Black Friday, but we have successfully cleared the backlog and are now providing prompt responses within a few hours. After reviewing your support tickets, we did not identify the specific features you mentioned as missing. Kindly report these features to our support team, and we will gladly incorporate them into our upcoming theme update.
Do not buy this theme. Drop down menus do not scroll. Usability issues with Google. Search functionality does not work as expected and even makes the website hang at times. Response time from developer is terrible if you even get a response. Shopify says that themes are non-refundable and that you should check before launching however you won't really know of all issues until theme is launched.
All the issues previously reported have been successfully resolved in the latest update of our theme. If, however, you continue to encounter any challenges or have further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated support team. Many thanks for your valuable feedback, and we hope this won't negatively affect your overall experience.
This is really a great and beautiful theme, and easy to work with. What I especially like about it is the customer service. They are quick and very helpful. I needed a change to the newsletter sign up form and within 10 minutes I had the code needed with very clear instructions, how to implement.
