My www.mybrandandme.com.au store was already converting consistently at over 5% but was lacking personality. Venue has allowed me to be more creative with our collection images and photos across the site showing customers interacting with the product. It is also very clean. After looking at many paid themes, the choice was made to use Venue. I did research and saw good reviews based on the presentation style this theme offered. Most recently there was a problem with an app conflicting with the theme. which broke the side menu, and this happened Friday night. Support is M-F, I received a response on Saturday and was resolved early Sunday morning. :)
I'm super happy with the venue theme. I tried several different themes in my 14 day trial, but I have to say that Venue was the best in terms of style, slickness and usability. The set up is clear and easy to use. Especially the customer service is amazing. I had some question (I'm new to shopify) during the trial version and they were answered extensively. That was very helpful. Thumbs up:-)
