Pretty fast support, solved our sticky filter flicker issue on mobile.
I couldn’t be happier with the Vision theme! It’s beautifully designed, highly flexible, and incredibly easy to work with. What really sets it apart is the support team — they’re fast, helpful, and truly dedicated to solving any issues or answering questions. A top-notch experience all around!
Core functionality in this theme is broken. The compare at price features just don’t work and the theme support are intentionally obtuse and refuse to help. Buyer beware. Don’t trust the fake reviews.
I would suggest re-installing the theme. As you said, it is a core functionality and it is working for all other customers.
This update adds presets for the upcoming Shopify theme listing changes and add discount form to cart drawer and cart page.
