While the theme looks nice, the support provided is very limited and we were pressured several times into leaving a 5-star review in exchange for customer assistance.
Dear FRASSAÏ team We kindly asked only once, back in January, if you’d consider leaving a review, after we spent significant time helping fix issues in your Markets setup, unrelated to the theme. The negative review came now, after we mentioned that moving the country switcher on mobile would require customization and were simply waiting for your confirmation. We didn’t even mention paid support.

After using the wonder theme for a few days now I’m very happy with the experience so far. Initially I had a couple of questions for the team before purchasing and they were answered very informatively. The support from NETHYPE so far with a special shoutout to Edyta has been impressive.
NETHYPE was an incredible programming agency. We provided them with guidelines and resources, and they programmed it exactly as we needed it. All our requests and questions were answered quickly and professionally, often with solutions on the same day.
