Pippy&Lily
Easy to use theme, esthetically pleasing. Support is competent and does resolve issues but I would suggest paying for the 3 month support package as it has much faster response time. Especially if you update the theme and custom code needs to be added back in.

We've been with them for 4 years and we don't change the theme because we love it. They put a lot of effort into always improving the theme to have all the possible improvements. The technical team is very friendly and fast. Totally recommended
