When I confronted them about their true location, they tried to cover it up by using a scheduled email feature, timing their responses to arrive during US business hours to maintain the illusion. Hello. I'm Jonathan, one of the founders at Presidio. Our company is headquartered in Miami, and I'm typing this right now from our office in Coconut Grove. We are a remote team based throughout North America and Europe. Despite this we continue to send prompt replies on East Coast hours. We openly discuss that our team is remote on our website.

I experienced some compatibility issues between the theme and the application, but the support team did their best to help me resolve them. Although I eventually switched to a different app, I really like the design of this theme.
