The CONCEPT theme gives a modern feel while adding micro-animations to keep the site engaging and not overdone. Cannot say enough about the SUPPORT team. I am a designer not a programmer and they helped me integrate branded elements while using their theme.

This theme worked great, included a ton of useful features and was user friendly enough for a first time user. Support (Scott) has been quick and responsive, and addressed any issues I ran into. Even customized our code as needed.

We choose this theme becuase it had a lot of creative features that worked well with what we wanted to do with our new website. Additionally, the support was stellar anytime we ran into an issue. Our website is going live in January of 2026 and Scott has been more than helpful in assisting us.

Disappointed with this theme. Design and features are good, but some blocks (especially Collection & Image blocks) load extremely slow. Even after optimization and sharing video proofs, we had to remove blocks to improve speed. Support follow-ups are slow and key issues like mega menu and sticky product info remain unresolved.
