Super pleased with the Botanical theme. It's intuitive, easy to work with, the help center documentation is well organized and addresses most of the questions that arise, and when I've had to reach out to customer support, they were quick to respond, very polite and pleasant to work with. MV hair and beauty
Buying Cornerstone was a massive mistake. At this premium price point, you expect premium service, but the support is non-existent. I have been waiting 7 days for a response while my store is broken. It is unacceptable to charge this much and then leave merchants hanging. You’re better off using a free theme where at least you expect to be on your own. Total waste of money."
