Want a refund as its caused me so many problems since inception and The WORST EVER software app with no support whatsoever

Horrible customer support if it even exists, I sent emails for the last week, and I am still waiting for a response. The theme has bugs and poor visual stability. It is a complete waste of money, Shopify should remove this theme ASAP.
Hi Graphitee... Support exist. We were just buried in a pile of code. I was finally able to dig myself out of the hole and reply to your email. The whole former management issue dug pit that was hard to get out of. Thankfully I'm here now, under new management and ready to serve. Has potential and quite like the theme, but sadly the support is useless and you can get a much better theme than this. Buggy and unfinished, should be removed from shopify theme store. Support does not reply at all, do not waste your money :(

Editing my previous review to say despite 10+ emails, several Instagram DMs, calling their listed number, which leads to a pharma supply company, costing me thousands in lost $, its been 8+ months and I still have yet to receive any response whatsoever. The themes may look nice, but if you have issues, it doesn’t seem likely you’ll get a fix. And considering it’s not a free theme, this is fraud.
