"Due to a higher than usual demand this week, it may take our support team a bit longer than normal to respond to support requests." You charge enough for the theme, how about hiring more support? Think about it, why not hire some more people to help out?

It's a good theme, however the CSS and JavaScript it uses is expremely bulky and inefficient, which will slow a website down, and hurt SEO rankings.
