I have been very happy with this theme so far, particularly the customer service support! When I email with questions (I am not super tech-savvy!) Fashionopolism's team is quick to reply with detailed responses, walking me through how to make the desired changes or offering customized support when needed. I am very pleased with this theme and the look and ease of building my site overall!

I have been using this theme for several years and yet no automatic theme update made available. This is not good for business as this can increase bot activity and attacks on the website. There should be a way where the theme can be easily updated at any time.

This is incorrect. Older (pre-2021) theme versions can not auto update - this is a Shopify wide limitation and not something the theme controls. Post 2021 theme versions can auto update, your store is using a very old theme version that pre-dates Shopifys own update capabilities. Theme version wouldn't have anything to do with bots at all.
