This is far from optimised for mobile devices and the author doesn't seem to be interested in fixing some of the issues, instead suggesting we just "edit the code ourselves". Lot's of really obvious UX flaws too. All the "featured stores using this theme" have clearly modified the theme extensively.

The Grid theme is beautiful because of the masonry feature in the homepage. Unfortunately, the theme is not optimized for mobile. You need custom development to resize the sections etc... which is a pity. Also I had several issues with the theme and the customer support team answers weeks after which is not really helpful. As a consequence I had to pay myself a developer to solve issues...
