I've had incredible response and care from the designers and developers of this theme throughout the entire process of building my store, Imaginebox Emporium — which launched this week! They replied to each email and concern with promptness, and either fixed the problem immediately, or worked with me to find a proper workaround/solution for what I was trying to achieve. Customer service, 100%.
The support team has been very helpful during our setup. They are quick to respond and have helped us achieve the format and content we need.
Don't you buy from from "underground" themes they have a crappy customer service. They can't fix their problem but send you the different apps and have you spend $240 more yearly. Stay away at all cost from this company and their themes
