You can now add a custom icon for accordion, including the "Accordion" section and product page accordions.
The "Media with text" section now has a new "Alternate media position" section setting, allowing to automatically alternating
the position of the media between the left and right. This feature is useful when using metaobject repeaters as the source.
The "Comparison table" now has a new "Show product image" setting. You can turn this setting off to create simpler comparison
tables where just showing the product title is best.
Product page now have a new media layout that shows media in a 1x1 grid, in addition to the existing 2x2, 2x2 with highlighted image,
and carousel layouts.
Footer section now has a new "Show policy links" setting (disabled by default) allowing you to show your policy links in the footer.
Fixed
Fixed an issue where the share buttons on product page where the center or right alignment would be not applied properly.

We have added support for quantity rules and quantity breaks. Those features are only available on B2B channel for Shopify Plus merchants. You can learn more about this feature on Shopify B2B documentation. To show a volume pricing, add the new "Volume pricing" block on your product pages.
We have added a new "Liquid code" block type for the "Tabs" section. This new block allows you to create advanced customizations by using Liquid code as the tab content.
Fixed
Fixed a rare issue when a slideshow configured with more than two consecutive videos, with slide auto-play enabled, would blink for a fraction of seconds when switching between slides.
Fixed an accessibility issue where the focus would not be restored to the add to cart button upon closing the cart drawer.

Language and country selectors accessibility have been improved. The buttons will now annonce "Change language" and "Change country" (respectively) to screenreaders.

Removed
The "Show page transition" setting has been removed from the theme. Historically, our theme Prestige had a setting to add a fade-in fade-out effect when changing pages. Such effect was adding an artificial delay, which caused a big increase of LCP, one of the more important performance metric tracked by Google. A few months ago, we have decided to turn off the setting by default. However, some merchants were still enabling the setting (or upgrading from an older version where the setting was enabled), not realizing the potential performance impact. In order to protect our merchants from inadvertendly impacting their store performance, and considering the importance of performance metrics in 2024, we have decided to fully remove this effect and prioritizing performance.
