We are using the theme for approx 1 year now and our experience has been amazing. The overall graphics and built in feature are amazing. We also had to contact support to adjust some things, multiple times, and we always have a great and fast experience. Lastly, thanks to Zor Lima for the amazing support on an issue where our internal team couldn't figure out the solution! Cheers

We are extremely unsatisfied. Our ads and marketing budget was going down the drain for around a week due to a malfunction in the impact theme. Our customers were not able to remove items from the cart which led to major sales decrease. After making sure it was from your side we contacted you, but no one answered! We request a refund.
As we explained at support, the issue you are facing is unrelated to the theme. It is due to a bug at the Shopify platform level, which can't be fixed on our end. We have made a detailed report to Shopify engineering team, but at this stage this issue is not fixable on our end. We will let you know once we hear back from Shopify.
